Adding a Tenant

For MSSPs, maintaining multiple distinct organizational boundaries is paramount. PAM-Pro is inherently designed around massive multi-tenancy.

Provisioning a Secondary Child Tenant

1. In the top right context switcher, select Manage Organizations.
2. Click Provision New Master Profile.

You will need the client's distinct Tenant ID and an initial Primary Administrator Email. The system will dispatch an automated email sequence to the client containing an App Registration manifest template.

The Shared Brain Sync

Once the client accepts and executes the App Registration within their distinct boundary, the Master SaaS hub establishes an encrypted outbound web-hook relay. Events within the child tenant (checkouts, approvals) flow seamlessly into your unified SOC interface, retaining total physical data isolation.
