PAM-Pro bridges the gap between daily operations and compliance audits by providing single-click evidence generation and automated, recurring report delivery. Built specifically to satisfy rigorous third-party SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 assessments, exported artifacts are tamper-evident and audit-certified.

On-Demand Evidence Export (SOC2 Security Brief)

From the Compliance Dashboard, administrators can generate a comprehensive compliance evidence package at any time:

  1. Navigate to Governance › Framework Compliance.
  2. Locate the Evidence Export panel and click Export SOC2 Security Brief.
  3. PAM-Pro compiles an auditor-ready PDF report containing:
    • Executive Summary: Active framework, current compliance score, and coverage rating.
    • Tamper-Evident WORM Baseline: Verified storage immutability status resolved via the Azure Management API ladder, confirming audit logs cannot be modified or deleted.
    • Control Evaluation Matrix: Granular mapping of every operational setting against the active framework's published controls.
    • Zero Trust Security Scoreboard: Configuration snapshot verifying multi-factor authentication, network isolation, and encryption levels.
    • Active Account Inventory: Manifest of managed identities, domain origins, and rotation states.

Scheduled Compliance Reports

Rather than manually exporting evidence prior to audit cycles, organizations can automate compliance delivery:

  • Configuration Location: Navigate to Settings › Email & Notifications to access the Compliance Reporting Card.
  • Cadence Selection: Configure reports to generate automatically on a Weekly or Monthly schedule (monthly reports advance by calendar month to prevent drift).
  • Automated PDF Delivery: The scheduler compiles the evidence PDF directly in memory and dispatches it via your configured SMTP or Microsoft Graph mail transport to designated executive recipients.
  • Send Now Testing: Administrators can trigger an immediate delivery test via the Send Now button to verify end-to-end transport formatting and attachment receipt.

Automated Violation Email Alerts

In addition to scheduled summaries, PAM-Pro provides real-time email alerting for newly detected compliance drift:

  • Smart Diffing Engine: Violation notifications are diffed against a persisted state baseline. Alerts fire only on newly emerged violations, preventing repetitive notification fatigue for issues already under review.
  • Deployment Kill Switch: Controlled via the ENABLE_VIOLATION_EMAILS configuration, ensuring automated email alerts are intentionally enabled by system operators.
  • Security Escaping: All email notification bodies strictly escape tenant and account metadata to prevent HTML or script injection.
